The RDA ACT Business Plan was prepared for the commonwealth department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government and the ACT Chief Minister's Department and has been endorsed by the RDA ACT Committee.  It was submitted on 31 December 2009 to meet the Reporting Framework of RDA ACT's Operational Funding Agreement.

The RDA ACT Business Plan is both a strategic and an operational document that brings together all aspects of the RDA ACT Committee - its priorities and resources, work program, and underpins the decisions made by the Committee throughout the year.  It provides operational parameters for the Secretariat that assists to determine its staffing structure and required skill sets, and reflects the RDA Charter and the requirements of the Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators.
